HOTEL PALISADE
May 4, 2015

When it was built in 1915, for port workers and the local community, Hotel Palisade was the highest building in Sydney.
Since 2008 this once prized food destination has sat empty, but that's all about to change...
The Palisade will be born again in late July, combining boutique accommodation with a ground floor bar and eatery featuring a stylish cocktail bar offering one of the most spectaular views of Sydney.
The consulting team behind this transformation are, designer-stylist Sibella Court, The Barbershop's Mikey Enright and our very own Davd O'Brien.
David has created a menu for the ground floor pub, which is Sydney's first true gastro pub style menu, featuring a picklearium. The beautifully appointed cocktail bar on levels 4 and 5 will offer an upscale shared menu featuring fresh Australian seafood.
